Customers of SCHADE Lagertechnik today are cement plants, chemical plants as well as aluminium smelters, metallurgical plants, port facilities, coal-fired power stations, coal mines, potash mines, coking plants, glass factories and paper mills. The core of the production range is stackers and scraper reclaimers for bulk material stockpiles. Besides, SCHADE markets complete stockyards with all ancillary equipment such as belt conveyors, conveyor bridges, wagon unloading and bunker devices. More than 600 scraper reclaimers and stackers have been built in the meantime.

Supervisor Services
The high degree of specialization of our field service specialists is a major asset of our on-site service. Mechanical, electrical and automation engineers with expert knowledge of all SCHADE-products, are available on short notice from our office in Germany.

Conversions and Retrofits
Specialized engineers provide tailor-made solutions for modernisations, refurbishment or retrofits to increase the capacity or to improve the degree of availability of existing installations. Conversions and retrofits are based on thorough investigation and designed to optimize the existing plant section by improving or replacing equipment components, keeping in mind a value approach that guarantees a high technical standard at reasonable cost.
Preventive Maintenance Service
We deliver professional and dedicated maintenance services. Our tasks include maintenance management including all maintenance issues, preventative and corrective maintenance, installation, support services (seminars) and on-site equipment inspection. To maximise our international market share and extend market reach in our core businesses by delivering superior customer value.
To account for the importance of technical service to plant operators, the SCHADE team provides a special worldwide inspection on-site service wherever products of the SCHADE are installed.
Spare parts
We offer you the certainty that even after decades of use in service, the appropriate spare part will be swiftly available for each of the machines supplied by us.
